Charyeot – Attention Stance
Jhoon be- Ready Stance
- Kicks (Chagi)
Front kick- front leg and rear leg
Roundhouse kick – front leg and rear leg
- Breaking (Gyeokpa)
- Punches (Jiroogi)
- Blocks (Makki)
Outside Block (both arms)
- Self defense (Georugi)
1. Left foot forward sparring stance; with left hand do outside block and right hand punch to the face.
2. Left foot forward sparring stance; with left hand do inside block and right hand punch to the face.
